This page outlines the next steps that you need to take so that we can get you onboarded quickly.
Please bookmark this page for reference. As soon as you have access to your portal – you’ll be able to track the tasks there.
Step One: Download the Membership Agreement & Coverage Summary
Now that you’re a member, all of our services provided to you are governed by our membership agreement and the coverage summaries. You can download the master membership agreement and the membership coverage agreement here. You will also see a copy of the paperwork in your membership portal.
Step Two: Book your Kick-off meeting
The next step, book your kickoff meeting. At this meeting we’ll get started figuring out how to deliver membership benefits.
You can forward the meeting to your entire team (you can also add them to the conference as guests the form below):
NOTE: It is best to have access to a high-bandwidth internet connection (20MB/s or higher) and a computer capable of video and audio conference. If you don’t have that – don’t worry – we can still make it work. We can call members from the conference (give us your number) and we can send people the presentation materials in advance of the call so they can follow along. It’s important that you give us a phone number that can receive text messages because we will be texting you confirmations and updates before your meeting.
Step Three: Check your email (it's coming soon!)
You should start getting some emails from us. Make sure you’ve white-listed:
- bi*****@th***************.com (this will be information for the payment portal and about invoices, payments, upgrades/downgrades, etc.)
- Your portal for billing: aviationagency.recurly.com (login information is your email and password that you set)
- po****@th***************.com (this will be information about your portal)
- Your portal for the Clickafy platform: client.theaviationagency.com (login information is your emails and password set. You will get an email from us that will allow you to login to your account for the first time.)
